An image of an existing coat of arms (or shield) can be attached if you would like to check that we have the same or that we can create a coat of arms based on the image provided. Image attachments can be .jpg, jpeg, .png, gif, .bmp or .tiff and be no larger than 4MB in size.
We respect your privacy and neither your email address or any other details provided will be saved, shared, added to any lists, or used for any other purpose. Please see our privacy policy page regarding our use of data.
Please note that if you are contacting us about an order placed and you didn’t receive your order details and download link(s) by email, please check your email’s spam or junk folder because many ‘undelivered’ emails incorrectly end up there instead of your inbox.
Also, some mail servers are set to automatically delete or reject emails instead of putting them into a spam/junk folder.
